I remember something about Voyager that blew me away. Shuttles. They lost one after another. I'm thinking, are they retrieving crashed shuttles? But thats not the case. Several occasions the shuttles were completly destroyed. I thought they may have been building new ones, but where are they getting the supplies? A lot of those parts cannot be replicated, and even if they were, the replicators power were at minimum.

Any theories to explain this away?

To give you a more serious answer, I have a feeling some of the shuttles were salvaged. It wouldn't be too difficult to beam the shuttle back to the ship and have repair teams work on the not so damaged shuttles.

as long as they were kinda minor, they could easilly get parts from others from trading too.

Is it possible for replicators of the time to replicate big items like a shuttle or maybe even a ship (if the replicator was big enough)

only Industrial Replicators, and only major planets have them...and remember most species in the Delta Quadrent don't have Replicator Technology period
