The reason the british do badly is because they have terrible weather but still train like they are in Florida. You see better results now they have their indoor centres but still they need to make use of what they have. Ben ran amazingly well training a lot of the year on a 60m track (anyone who has ever competed at York knows it isn't exactly easy to run at)!
