He was just minding his own business, about as much as one could in a place like this. Well, to be honest he wasn't exactly following the rules, but he was minding his own business in the sense that he wasn't poking into someone else's business. No, Malcolm was doing something much more fun that finding out all the gossip of the hospital--he was playing a prank.

They had been painting one wing of the hospital, and the silly painters had left the cans of paint out where just anyone could stumble upon them. Someone like--oh, Malcolm King. He hadn't needed his twin's urging to know what he was supposed to do with such a good little surprise. The answer was simple--prank someone.

Dr. Stevenson was currently snoozing in his office, the door cracked just a little bit, and that made it the perfect zone for attack. Malcolm dragged a chair over to the door, setting the open paint can precariously on top of the door before climbing down. It was perfect. Now all he needed to do was drag the chair back to where it was, make a loud noise to wake up the doctor inside, and watch. Perfect.

What he didn't count on, though, was someone else coming along and seeing the can of paint, or trying to stop him. It wasn't very subtle, but then again Malcolm didn't have very good ideas for pranks on his own. He was sure that Tomi would have thought up a much better one, but he wasn't allowed to talk to his twin anymore--not when a nurse followed him around everywhere, waiting for him to slip up. He really missed his brother, to be honest. Why wouldn't they just let him see Tomi again? Oh dear, were those footsteps in the hallway?

Leo Thomas Bailey

Leo have been up to some tricks to get back to seeing Violet. Keeping away from her doctor was going to be really tough, since he was everywhere. All the staff takes his scalpel since he threaten to take his own life. Leo wished some people would just minded their own business. If he wanted to end his life, then he should able to. The note was in his hand to give to his ex lover and friend. He knew he hurt her very much that day, but she deserved it, she have hurt him so much he just lost his temper. Some of the words did get out of hand but he couldn't help it. She said some horrible words about him and he couldn't take anymore. Leo didn't know who his doctor was anymore, so he went down the hall where all the doctor's office were. Finally he came to the room he haven't checked yet. But a boy was already there and Leo was really confused. He limped a little closer and then he saw there was a paint on the door. He chuckled a little, liking the prank. Maybe I should do that to that bastard Doctor Edwain he thought

Hello there kid. Why are you up this time of night. Don't you know there is a curfew for a reason I know. He said to him in a doctor like voice.Once he was by him, it was clear Leo was dressed like a doctor. Wearing a white lab coat which he took from the laundry room. He didn't have a ID badge but was simple to contained when he can get one. Crossing his arms together he looked at the boy more closely. Can you please take that paint can down and we can have a chat. Since you are up all ready anyway. Leo waited for the boy to apply to his actions even though he wasn't a doctor but was a patient. Leo needed to help people again, it was in his blood and maybe this would help him get back to normal again. As longs his doctor or Dr. Edwain wasn't around, no one would know the turth.

(Sorry for the shortness)

Last he had checked, it was late afternoon, but the darkness was already creeping up, the lasting effects of winter. Bugger. Well, maybe this doctor came from somewhere else and was a bit jetlagged. He sounded like he came from somewhere else besides Sydney, at least. And he had to be a doctor, too, because of what he was wearing and how he was talking. Malcolm didn’t particularly like doctors, to be honest.

”I don’t know what you’re talking about,” he feigned innocence, deliberately not looking at the bucket of paint that he knew was there.

Malcolm edged towards the door to the next office down, hoping the glass would be reflective enough to allow him to converse with his brother. He didn’t want to be around someone older, and that was exactly who this person was. Still, Malcolm felt the urge to run, or perhaps to flap his arms madly…sometime to burn off all of the excess energy he always seemed to have.

”Can you help me, though?” he asked the doctor, still looking as innocent as he could. ”I’m looking for a mirror. This one nurse said that she needed it and it was really, really important. I really need to get it for her…”

You’re doing it, Minni… came the faint sound of his brother’s voice. Malcolm glanced over, but he could see his brother. Darn, the window wasn’t reflective enough…he would have to try something else. But…what? He was already trying to fool this doctor into giving him a mirror…it was very important, after all.

Leo Thomas Bailey

Leo watched the boy more closely. Even though he have been in Australia for while now, his welsh accent was still very strong. This patient was quiet funny though, and had some amazing personality which remained him of someone. He looked like Leighanne his sister, boy he missed her so much. She always loved to play games on him, and quiet often blamed her imaginary friend for it. At the Leo had no idea that her friend would turn her into a monster. He still remember when she was disagonsed to schizophrenia and he was the only one who was able to smooth and calm her down. This is why he could never forgive his parents for placing her in cefn coed mental hospital, and the place she died as well.

Leo didn't move where he was standing and watched the boy moving away from him. Leo was new and a stranger to these people and trust comes from both sides. Leo knew he had to work for it as he had done back in the last hospital. Why he had to come to australia he wouldn't know. Still the rooms were quiet and no one was around, the real doctors were in the staff room, having their lunch or something. So he had at least an hour to play doctor and have the taste of the job he loved so much again.

Can you remember what this mirror looked like? He asked the boy. Still he can't do any harm right. What's your name? I have to check the file to make sure you aren't violent or a cutter. You can call Dr. Bailey Leo didn't want to give his first name out, as he was a patient here. So using his surname, was making sure if he did research him he would find him under the doctor license. Opening the door he extended his arm so the patient can walk in, the room was shared with Dr. Leigh, and she was away right now. I have a bigger mirror in the room, if you like to see it. He offered him, and smiled as he waited for the boy to walk in the room.

Really? The doctor was going to check his file to see what kind or patient he was? Malcolm found the thought amusing, to say the least. While he was originally going to tell the doctor his name, he thought it better to make up a name instead--or better yet, use his cousin's name. Wouldn't that be fun?

"William King," he answered with a smirk, lying to the doctor. "And I'm definitely the violent type…I stabbed my brother, you know that?

He was being playful, though he wondered if he was causing his poor cousin more harm than good. He had seen William around from time to time, but his poor cousin seemed to be even worse off than before…he hadn't even noticed Malcolm was here at all! No, he simply walked around in a daze, or walked hand in hand with his brother, like two lovers. It was worrying, to say the least. Malcolm wondered what kind of medication his cousin was on. Probably a lot, knowing this kind of place.

"You do?" he gasped, delighted. Clearly, this doctor had no idea who he was, and that was going to be so much fun.

"Can I see it?" he asked quickly, bouncing in place a little. "It's really important for me to find a mirror for this nurse. How big is the mirror? Is it body length? A body length mirror would be perfect!"
