Title: It's chocklit, Jim. But not as we know it.

I've always loved the way some ads -- on the TV, in print, on billboards -- can assume the level of high art. (On the contrary, I hate commercial radio where the ads are intrusive, embarrassingly naff, and just feckin' annoying.)

But let's have a big cheer for the noo Cadbury's ad. (If your internet connection can cope, please hit the watch in high quality button!)

[Edited to add] Don't bother looking at the "official" link on that page to the Gorilla ad ... stupid Cadbury's gave in to corporate pressure and removed the Phil Collins track (bet it wasn't the hoarsey-voiced drummer who made them pull it). Anyway, the real monkey is here. Classic.

I loved the gorilla. It was perfect.

HAHAHA! THAT WAS ABSOLUTELY HILARIOUS!!! The best video I've seen in a long time! I wonder how many takes they had to do before everybody could stop laughing. I would have pissed myself. :crazylaff:

Yeah. Both kids look like they're about to crack up. It's a triumph of video Photoshopping, is what it is. I also snaffled the ring tone (free to first 50,000 applicants) so a good chance I won't hear it around here except on my own phone.
