Fiona is the oldest of the three children of Tybalt and Elinor Capp. Her siblings are Lorelei Capp Yama and Alexander Capp.

While she was in college Fiona fell in love with Declan Patrick and eventually married him. They have three children, Connor, Aidan, and Cecily.

Fiona is a strong-willed, independent person who wanted nothing more than to see peace in her turbulent home town. She worked as a photojournalist and loved being a mom. But when Declan became a vampire for the second time Fiona realized her place was with him and she talked him into turning her into a vampire as well.

Fiona's a bit scary now. The hardest lesson she's having to learn is how to retain her humanity when her instincts tell her something entirely different.
