ROTATING BANNERS

So, I've decided to start making more rotating banners for the board seeing
how we are in need of some new ones of our characters and so I've decided
to repost this thread. If you want a banner of your character, can you please
post here and if you can please provide pictures of your character, but if you
can't then that's fine. Also, I would like it if the character you want to make
a banner for is active so I know they won't get deleted at the next activity
check. Below is an example of how to use the code to make the request.
