Right classes, Alyssa could do this after all this is what she had spent quite a few years studying for, still the thought of actually teaching as a proper teacher still made her nervous. This was just stupid though, she knew that she could do this so she really should stop being so silly about things and just get on with it, well as soon as all the students arrived anyway. She wasn’t expected a huge number of students though, apparently most seemed to think that it was a dull subject and wasn’t really needed, after all health wasn’t important. Well at least she knew that her sarcastic nature was coming back so either she was feeling more herself or she was more nervous then she thought, either way she’d go with it.

Leaning against her desk, with her jacket on the back of her chair, she waited for everyone to finish taking their seats, behind her on the board was written ‘SMOKING’ so at least they had a very clear idea about what they would be studying. “Right, we’re starting now so pay attention.” Alyssa was going to try and be a rather strict no nonsense teacher; because that was what she had been like at college plus well she couldn’t be bothered about time wasters. “Seeing how you can all probably read we’re going to be dealing with smoking.” Well that was nice and simple and well they probably did need it all spelling out for them, it was health, who paid attention in this class?

“Can anyone tell me the main ingredients in a cigarette? Hand please.” See she could be polite, though if someone did call out then she would most likely stop being so polite about things. There had also better be some people answering, Alyssa was getting rather nervous that this class would die in flames with the students just staring at her. Oh crap that was not a fun thought.
