1. PvP is not allowed with players level 41 or under. Players who are under level 41 are not to fire upon players at or above level 41 either.
2. Begging for money, equipment, and or locations of wrecks and bases is illegal.
3. Cheating/Modding will not be tolerated and will result in an instant ban.
4. F1-ing (switching characters) is illegal when being used during PvP and during taxation or fining. And will result in a automatic scripted 2 million dollar fine. (No way around it) Just make sure you dont hit that F1 key within 15 seconds of getting hit by another player)
5. Admins will refund equipment or money loss due to server crash.(But dont try to fool us we do pay attention and will spot cons) Log off if the lag gets too high to avoid such an accident.
6. If your character has been deleted due to inactivity you will be compensated by the Admins in the form of credits, not equipment.
7. Using a clan’s tag without permission or impersonating another player is a bannable offense.
8. Please (if you can) use English when adressing a -={SP}=- As its the only language most of them know. (Shadow is multilingual so dont worry about him)
9. A clan is considered official when it reaches 3 active members. They will then receive 150 million in start-up funds and they will be able to choose a home system.
10. Dock raping is legal, but you’re a low-down coward if you do, and nobody will like you.(ALSO There is a console message displayed to UNIVERSE CHAT that will let everyone know just how much a coward you are you dockraper you)
11. Players are not permitted to have over 100 unmounted items on a single character because it causes problems with player files.
12. There is a 5 character limit per account. Any characters over 5 will be deleted when found.
13. Only police/military/pirate clans may tax/fine. Why and what they fine/tax is up to their discretion.
14. ***Humans are forbidden to us any nomad equipment or ships whatsoever (with the exception of the old nomad energy blasters/cannons from 1.0). That means NO:
-Nomad Ships
-Nomad Thrusters
-Nomad Shields
-Nomad Turrets
-Nomad Guns
-Nomad Missles
-Nomad Cruise Disruptors
-Nomad Counter Measures
Likewise nomads are forbidden to use human equipment or ships.***
15. The nomads are for EVERYONE to try and enjoy (FREELANCER NOMADS ARE LIMITED TO 1 NOMAD PER ACCOUNT) NOMAD CLANS can

16. Clan storages and banks are NOT legal targets. Killing or attacking a clan store/bank is a bannable offense.
17. Show respect to all Admins/SP’s. Any attacking or harassment of these people is punishable by an instant ban.
18. No cursing in system chat, there are children playing this game. This does not mean that you may curse excessively and harass people in private chat. Anyone caught doing this will be swiftly punished. This rule will be heavily enforced. (I have chat logs i will check daily for those swearers or to catch threats before they occur)
19. You may only be a member of one clan at a time. If you are caught “double clanning” one will be deleted. Sub-clans are permitted.
20. Offensive player names will be deleted and the player will be banned.
21. Punishments will be left up to the SP’s discretion unless the Admins choose to step in and alter the punishment.
22. SP’s and Admins are always right. Arguing will not be tolerated. If you wish to argue a point, submit your argument respectfully and it will be considered.
23. Do not use names with strange characters or accents, they cause the server to crash due to a glitch in the mod.
