Since Patronus charms are all silver, you cannot specify a colour for your corporeal Patronus to have. Sorry! A Patronus should reflect some part of your personality or past, i.e. Ron's was a Jack Russell terrier, signifying his loyalty and sense of fun; Snape's was a doe, symbolising his lost love, etc. Some people can share the same Patronus, but it is rare, so it's first come, first served!
