Group: Members Posts: 19 Member No.: 31 Joined: 9-June 08	The Fishman Island is, according to the One Piece Encyclopedia, situated in the Grand Line. And my simple question is can I be allowed to make my Fishman Character having been born on this island, even though it is in the Grand Line? Full Encyclopedia Page: Link
