So I FINALLY got Hope all done! I'm so excited to try him out and experiment on this since I've never had a mute character before.

Hope Masayuki: Since he's mute he can't speak but he can still interact with you! Don't let that scare you away from him. He wants to try and find a way to communicate with people without having to write his words down. He likes sewing and cooking and even though he isn't much for socializing, he does want to meet new people. Don't be shy now~

Dylan Ashe: We all know that Dylan likes to write and isn't much for talking either but he could seriously use some guy friends. If you want to start a conversation with him, you have to be the one to do it. He's a bit awkward when it comes to meeting new people but just give him some time and he'll warm up to you.

leo + hope

leo is sort of the kind of guy who goes out of his way to do weird things to entertain himself. he likes people who are "different" because it makes life more fresh and interesting. i think he may be sorta intrigued by the fact that hope doesn't talk and may be inclined to try and get to know him better. could be an odd sorta friendship or something.

leo/elijah + dylan

both leo and elijah don't have a problem greeting someone first if there were a reason for it, and both my guys are generally pretty easy to get along with. i can see either one of them befriending dylan and maybe going for a drink once in a while or something.

penelope + dylan

well, penelope is kind of boyish. i can somehow picture her and dylan getting along quite well as friends. she's strong-willed and somewhat energetic and he's quieter, so they sort of seem like they might "fit" in a way -- like balancing each other out.

gala + hope

not actually sure how this would work out, but i have a feeling if gala were to have to talk to hope she may get... kind of annoyed. with no understanding of why he isn't talking, i think it's possible she'd just get pissed off and make herself another enemy. so if hope needs any people to un-get along with, then she's there.

Jareth & Hope

This can be an interesting dynamic, Jareth is terrible at communicating with other people and falls apart. With Hope unable to talk, Jareth might actually be able to communicate with him better and they could probably be decent friends. Also, if Hope likes cooking, he could totally give Jareth free food let him sample new dishes.

Bonnie & Hope

Hope would probably drive Bonnie crazy, she can't stand people that are quiet. Though when she finds out that Hope is actually mute, she'd feel like shit. She can totally be a fun friend though, and when she starts to learn how to actually be able to communicate with him, she'd probably love being around him!

I'll see if I can come up with anything for Dylan, unless you have any ideas? xD

beez!: xD I love the bonnie and Hope one. I can picture him getting so pissed off at her but later feel like crap and take everything so seriously.

as for Dylan, I'm not really sure. I can't seem to keep him in character long enough to feel comfortable with him. Maybe if I got him out more I would, but for now I need to get him out more and think more on his personality.

Secrets: Leo and Hope would probably become best friends. it's a bromance in the making right there. There other ones sound fun too~ Dylan could use some guy friends and I can see him and Penelope bickering for some odd reason.
