THE SETTING
Current RP Year: 28-29ABY

Emperor Skywalker and his royal consort secretly leave the Empire, to face the threat that has been plaguing Luke's dreams for months. Unbeknownst to them treason has bred and due to an insane Sith Lord, things change drastically after they left.

Chaos and flames cause huge changes in the Galaxy's frail power balance.The Rebels become the New Republic and the old Sith Emperium, becomes two different new factions: The New Galactic Empire and The New Sith Order.

But a new threat arises from the corners of the known galaxy and now threatens all. The Yevetha return after years of preparation and their numbers are able to swarm the new factions...will the New Republic and New Empire survive due to their frail, oh so weak Alliance?

The Force & Character Creation
  • The decision on whether a character is Force Sensitive or not must be made at character creation. If you put down that your character is not Force Sensitive, they will never be able to use the Force in-game, no matter who tries to teach them.
  • Just because a character is Force Sensitive does not mean they can consciously use the Force. Many Force Sensitives live out their entire lives in total ignorance of their potential. Such characters may sometimes be 'luckier' than others or have the occasional flash of insight, but that's generally it. Unless your Force Sensitive character has received training from a Force user, your character will not be able to learn Force Powers in-game.
  • You do not have to list every single Force Power your character knows, but you should list the ones they are best at for reference purposes.
  • While there are other canon groups of Force users in Star Wars (Matukai, Jal Shey, Zeison Sha, etc.), this game focuses primarily upon two groups: the New Jedi Order and the Sith Imperium. At this time we do not allow members to create Force users that are members of the other groups, unless of course they are given permission by an Admin.
  • Characters that were members of the "Old Jedi Order" before the Great Jedi Purge, though rare, are allowed on the board, BUT will require the permission of both Administrators.
Using Force Powers in the Game
  • In general, Jedi will not know Dark Side powers, and Cultists will not know Light Side powers. There are very few exceptions to this rule, the main one being Force healing--Cultists can heal themselves and others, though they won't be nearly as good at it as the Jedi are by a long shot. Exceptions might be made to this policy on a case by case basis, and only by the approval of the staff.
  • No one character will know every single Force Power in existence. Many powers are difficult for even Jedi Masters/Sith Lords to achieve, and still others are lost or forbidden. You will need to request permission from the administrative staff for your character to know and use any such 'rare' or 'high-level' Force Powers. Some extremely unbalancing Force Powers (such as Thought Bomb) will never be allowed in the game due to their overpowering nature.
  • Player created and so-called 'fanon' Force Powers (such as teleportation, elemental manipulation, etc.) are allowed in this game, after Staff approval (needs staff approval in the User Created Content section).

Usable Force Powers


The ones that are marked in RED are Master/Lord only or Require Administrative Approval
Ones marked in BLUE Require the Rank of Knight/Warrior/Assassin or above.
Ones that are WHITE are Available to all Characters with Force Abilities.



Core Powers
(Those Marked with an * can be Grouped as Core Powers in a Profile are not counted as ‘Powers’, but only after reaching the Knight or above ranks)

• Force Pull/Push- Pulling or pushing objects or people away or towards you. *
• Force Concealment- Hide presence within the force *
• Force Sense- Sense a living being from afar *
• Force Jump/Leap- Heightened Jumping ability. *
• Force Empathy- Helping another see your point on view *



• Force Speed- Increased movement speed
• Force Cloak- (Also known as Force Stealth) conceal self to the naked eye
• Force Sight- With this ability a Force user can augment their sight. This ability can counter act Force Blinding
• Farseeing- Increased sight
• Force Seeing- Seeing a living being and your surroundings through the force. (Naturally learned by Miralukans, PM for one of those.)
• Telepathy- The ability to speak with your mind.
• Telekinesis- The ability to lift objects. The hardest of the Core Powers




Universal Powers:

• Breath Control- With the help of the force the user can hold their breath without repercussions for longer periods of time then normal
• Comprehend Speech- The ability to understand a language the user is not familiar with.
• Force Stun- By focusing on an opponents head, a force user could violently shake it up causing the victim to be stunned for several moments.
• Force Stasis- Using the force a force user could deprive their opponent of their sense and cause them to enter a catatonic state. The effects of the power would weaken over a matter of seconds until it eventually diminished.
• Force Comprehension- Allows the user to learn things at a faster speed and to remember these things. May cause a swell of emotions if used without restraint.
• Force Confusion- A low level form of Mind Trick. Allows the user to confuse a weak minded foe.
• Precognition- All force sensitive beings have this. Allows its user to accurately anticipate a near future event, usually a matter of seconds.
• Force Defend- A natural ability to all force users but further enhanced with concentration. A force user can defend either to a degree or completely (depending on their master) from a force attack.
• Tapas- Uses the force to stay warm
• Alter Environment- Allows its user to manipulate nature. Allows its user to move trees and dirt, affect the temperature of an area, can gather the moisture in the air to create clouds, and can assist already existing weather conditions. The alteration of the environment depends on the understanding of the power.
• Battlemind- Similar to Battle Meditation but only works for oneself.
• Droid Disable- Using the force a force user can break parts in the droid to cause it to malfunction.
• Force Listening- Allows its user to listen to conversations through the force. Must know the conversation is going on.
• Force Illusion- Allows the user to create an illusion on any organic creature. The illusion seems real to the person but in fact is not. Droids and AI are unaffected by this, as are species that near immune to mind tricks.
• Dopplegδnger- With the help of the force the user tricks a foe into seeing two of the same person.
• Force Body- Allows the user to use their own energy to power their force attacks along with the force
• Force Protection- Using the force a force user can create a bubble of energy, similar to a shield, and protect themselves with the force it self from a number of attacks. This power is useful only with extreme concentration meaning ones ability in battle would diminish.


• Art of the Small- Using the force with pinpoint accuracy within you.
• Force Meld- Done with 3 or more force sensitive people. Creates the effects of Battle meditation. The level of strength depends of the quality of the force users and the number that are participating.
• Force Bellow- Amplifies ones own voice beyond their own natural abilities.
• Force Deflection- Can deflect Blaster shots without a lightsaber.
• Force Suppression- Through great concentration through the force the user could interrupt a force attack and scramble the force being used.
• Force Flash- Allows its user to blind holocams, it causes static on the screen and looks to be only a camera malfunction
• Force Whirlwind- Its user could create a whirlwind of the force that lifted people and objects off the ground and hurled them in a random direction with great force. Force push advanced
• Force Weapon- Its user could imbue the force into an unpowered weapon and cause great damage it. Can be used to block a lightsaber.
• Force Projection- Using an object, a force user can project their image around the object to distract an opponent. A variant of this is used with telekinesis to move the object making it seem a double is running around.
• Force Absorb- Using this ability allows its user to absorb attack based force powers into themselves. This does not corrupt the user if they absorb dark side powers.
• Force Stasis Field- A stronger version of Force Stasis. This ability would be able to affect more then one person.
• Combustion- Using the force a force user could cause an object to combust into flames. It is most successful on smaller objects and was less and less powerful as the object grew. On strong willed humans it was impossible but on those with weaker minds it was easier.


• Psychometry- By touching an object the user of this can view certain events that took place around an object. Is not always successful though. Jedi Council disapproves of this technique on dead bodies.
• Battle Meditation- Uses the force to inspire allies in battle and to weaken enemy morale. Most useful in large scale battles, less effective in duels.
• Force Breach- Advanced version of Force Suppression.
• Revitalize- Using the force the user could reenergize and exhausted or unconscious person. Advances to Master rank can heal and reenergize a near dead person.
• Sever Force- With a council of 3 or more powerful force user this ability could strip its target of their connection to the force indefinitely.(can only be used by a Council Member and up or Sith Lord. PM For Permission)
• Force Wave- advanced version of Force Push Force push Master only
• Force Repulse- Advanced version of Force Push.




Light Side powers:

• Animal Friendship- By calming and soothing an animal’s mind a force user can befriend any animal.
• Crucitorn- Using the force a force user was able to go beyond their threshold for pain and withstand greater amounts of it.
• Force Healing- By using the force to augment natural healing abilities far beyond their own natural abilities a force user can heal any physical wounds.
• Mind Trick- By tapping into the brain of an opponent a force user can trick their minds into seeing or hearing anything.
• Force Persuasion- By bringing persuasive ideas into a targets head a force user can cause a person to see things their way. Works best on those with a weak mind. Does not work on Hutt’s or toydarians. (Knight+)
• Malacia- By using the light side of the force, a force user can cause a target to suddenly become dizzy and nauseated.
• Plant Surge- This ability allowed its user to cause plants to grow at an extreme rate. In battle this can be used to create walls and trap enemies with the plants.


• Hibernation Trance- By slowing down ones own metabolism a force user could sustain their life for long periods of time without repercussions. Cannot be used to escape the vacuum of space.


• Force Valor- This power depends on its users own wisdom, charisma, and skill. A user of this ability can heighten their fighting ability to new levels. (PM for permission)
• Force Blinding- By causing a large swell of light that a user’s opponent could be temporarily blinded. Those with Force sight can counteract this ability
• Force Enlightenment- With great insight come great power. Those who realize a truth about the light side of the force find a power that augments all defensive powers. (PM for permission)




Dark Side Powers:

• Mind Control- With this ability its user could control the mind of those with weak wills. Those with strong wills and those with knowledge of the force and fight this.
• Force Drain- By drawing in the force from another being this abilities user could drain the life energy and the force within them and give it directly to its user.
• Force Fear– This ability fed upon the deepest darkest fears in its victims and brought it out to the surface causing them to be panic stricken with fear. Those with a strong will where able to fight this.
• Force Shock- a weaker version of Force lightning. This ability was useful for lower rank dark side users to train to Force lightning.
• Force Scream- By inadvertently using the force in a time of great emotional anguish, a force user can scream through the force. Those with strong connection to the person screaming and that have a connection to the force can hear this from anywhere.
• Force Slow- By slowing the brains ability to process information a force user could cause its victim to slow down.
• Force Plague- This ability was quick to debilitate its victim. It caused its victim to nearly stop what they were doing from the immense pain and discomfort it caused.
• Force Wound- Using the dark side of the force, a force user could cause such damage to an opponents body that it would cause a grave wound to appear.


• Force Lightning- By using dark energies to create lighting, this powers user could shoot bolts of lightning from their fingertips and cause extreme amounts of pain as lightning coursed through its victims system. Requires organic limbs to use as prosthetic ones will short circuit and cause its user pain. Can be blocked with a lightsaber.
• Chain Lightning- Same as Force Lightning but can target multiple people.
• Drain Knowledge- By disrupting the force this abilities user could violently rip away memories. In some cases this power caused its victim to suffer from psychological problems
• Force Affliction- This quick acting ability caused its user to feel as if poisoned and slowed their body and mind. Those powerful enough, given enough time, could kill with this power.
• Force Choke- By combining telekinesis and force wound, this abilities user could grip opponents throat and choke the life out of them.


• Force Storm- Mastered for of Force Chain Lightning. This ability to could create a massive, destructive storm that could cause great damage to a large area. PM for permission
• Force Horror- Advanced version of Force Fear. This ability caused its victim to go into a state of horror. In most cases its victim was full of horror that they would break down in tears, or even kill themselves. Those with a strong will are able to fight this.
• Force Insanity- By causing an insane amount of fear to overwhelm its victim’s senses, this power caused its victims to go insane. Only those trained in the force can fight this. PM for permission
• Force Grip- By concentrating more a force user could lift its victim off the ground with this ability and choke them in midair. This power also allowed its user to move its victim in midair.
• Force Crush- The darkest of abilities known to both the Sith and the Jedi. This ability allowed its user to lift and opponent off the ground and literally causes them to implode. (PM for permission)

Restriced Powers & Powers that Need Permission

• Deadly Sight - Using the force its user could inflect great amounts of pain upon any in their field of view. This power caused skin to smoke and burn and brought great pain. It hurts all in their field of vision, ally and enemy alike. {Restricted}

• Force Resuscitation - This power can save those who have who are on the brink of death. This power is extremely rare and there has only been one case of it throughout the archives. {Restricted}

• Sith Magic - Traditionally, Sith magic, also known as Sith sorcery, was an arcane expression of Force ability first developed and practiced by the original Sith species through which they manipulated the power of the dark side. Sith magic, while as much a part of the dark side as endowments like Force lightning, was accessible only to those Force-sensitives who possessed an intrinsic relationship with the dark side.{Highly-Restricted}

• Sith Alchemy - Sith alchemy was primarily used to enhance the strength of weapons and armor (such as the famous Sith swords), or to genetically engineer and enhance alien species, making them more dangerous and easier to control by the Sith Lords. More sinisterly, Sith alchemy was capable of waking the dead in servitude to the Sith. Korriban zombies, and possibly Sith undead, were creations of this branch of the art. {Admin Permission Needed}

• Force Destruction - Only available to a few gifted people. Using this ability caused great strain on the body and mind as great amounts of concentration and energy went into the power. By storing great amounts of dark side energy its user could expel this energy at a great force and cause a large explosion that evaporated all within its small vicinity and cause great pain to those within a larger blast area. {Restricted}

• Force Light - A great light side power, this ability can weaken and even disconnect the dark side of the force to a place or person. {Admin Permission Needed}

• Force Storm (Wormhole) - The Force storm was actually not a storm; in fact, it was the ability to create hyperspace wormholes via the dark side of the Force. A Force storm could range from the size of a small starship, like a freighter, to huge maws capable of obliterating whole starfleets. {Restricted}

• Midi-chlorian manipulation - form of Sith Alchemy allegedly mastered by Darth Plagueis. Requiring immense knowledge of the dark side of the Force, it was the ability to create, maintain, or save life through the influencing of midi-chlorians to a certain degree. {Restricted}

• Transfer Essence - Transfer essence, also known as essence transfer or transfer life, was a radical dark side Force power used to transfer a person's consciousness into another body, or in some cases an inanimate object. Ancient Sith Lords and other powerful darksiders used this technique to cheat death again and again, haunting their tombs and possessing those who stumbled across their sarcophagi in order to continue their reign of terror. {Admin Permission Needed}

• Thought Bomb - The thought bomb was one of the most powerful and destructive applications of the dark side of the Force which targeted all Force-sensitive individuals and vaporized clothing, flesh, bone, and even stone within the radius of the weapon's blast. The thought bomb sucked the souls of its victims into a sphere of dark side energy where they were trapped in an orb of dark torment until the end of time. Unfortunately for the user(s) the thought bomb was a suicide weapon. {Restricted}

• Spear of midnight black - an ancient dark side Force power. It enabled the Force-user to summon the Force and forge with it an invisible spear from dark side energies which could be hurled at opponents, killing or injuring them as if it was a real physical spear. {Restricted}

• Morichro - Similar to a Force trance, morichro suspended biological functions, including breathing and heart rate. A trained morichro user could turn the technique upon himself, surviving without food, water, or even air for periods of over a year at a time, though it would not protect against vacuum. But unlike a Force trance, it could also be turned on others, making it an effective way of subduing enemies. However, failure to monitor a targeted opponent could render them permanently unconscious or cause them to die of dehydration or starvation. {Restricted}

• Malacia - Malacia was a Force technique that was used to induce a powerful dizziness and nausea in enemies by turning their equilibrium against them. It was completely incapacitating, but caused no damage to the body, and so was not considered a dark side power. Even so, the effects of the power were sometimes so severe that it could cause a target to vomit. The principal quality of the technique was that a Force-user utilizes it by transforming a target's energy rather than using their own. An attack with Malacia by a Jedi Master was rarely blocked. {Restricted}

• Battle Meditation - Battle meditation was a Force ability which considerably boosted the morale, stamina, and overall battle prowess of an individual's allies while simultaneously reducing the opposition's combat-effectiveness by eroding their will to fight. With the Force, one could coordinate entire fleets of ships, allowing them to perform at maximum efficiency, acting as a single entity with the ability to counter every enemy move quickly and effectively. Though ideal for meditating large-scale conflicts, battle meditation was equally effective when employed for the benefit of one's comrades in small skirmishes, attacks, and duels. {Restricted}

Rules for Force Power & Lightsaber Forms to Each Rank of Force User

The following ranks are equal to any faction. These are for the standard characters and not to ones that belong to species that allow them to be centuries old.
We will be referring to the Force Classes Guardian, Sentinel and Consular. The equivalent in Sith Order is Guardian= Warrior; Sentinel= Assassin and Consular=Seer/Sorcerer/Mage.


Guardian: "We Guardians are the Republic's first line of defense against the thousand enemies who seek to destroy it."―Guardian Crix Sunburris describes the role of the Guardians in a chapter of The Jedi Path: A Manual for Students of the Force.

A Jedi Guardian was the name given to one of the three distinct branches of Jedi whose skills and talents lay in battle, a light side mirror of the Sith Warrior. Concentrating on martial training and combat, Guardians engaged in combat more than either of the other two classes. Anakin Skywalker was both a Jedi Guardian and a Sith Warrior as Darth Vader.


Sentinel: "This Jedi ferrets out deceit and injustice, bringing it to light."

A Jedi Sentinel was the name given to one of the three distinct branches of Jedi that sought a balance between the other two branches, the Consulars and the Guardians. While they possessed adequate combat skills and had somewhat extensive knowledge of the Force, Sentinels blended both schools of teaching and amplified them with a series of non-Force skills, such as in the fields of security, computers, stealth techniques, demolitions, repair or medicine. Bastila Shan was a Jedi Sentinel, while Atton Rand was a Sith Assassin while on the Darkside.


Consular: "A Consular is a specialized kind of Jedi. They focus more on cerebral Force skills. They're our healers, our researchers, our seers."

A Jedi Consular was the title of one of three distinct branches which a member of the Jedi Order could decide to study under following their ascension to the rank of Jedi Knight. Led by the Council of Reconciliation, the Consulars sought diplomatic measures in spreading peace and harmony across the Galactic Republic. Refraining from drawing their lightsabers (many consulars wielded green lightsabers) except as a measure of last resort, Consulars spent a great deal of time studying the mysteries of the Force. Master Yoda was a Consular and Darth Zannah was a Sith Sorceress.

Innate (Force talent but no teacher):

1 force power - Untrained

1 Lightsaber Form - Untrained (If able to create a lightsaber of it own)


Youngling (Force talent but with teacher):

1 Core force power - Beginner
1 Innate force power - Beginner

1 lightsaber form - Beginner (Usually with a training saber)


Apprentice/Padawan:

Force Speed

One Universal /Light side power at choice (Jedi) /Dark side power at choice (Sith)

2 Lightsaber forms (3 if the character class is Guardian)

All powers/lightsaber forms will be ranked at Beginners Level. A Consular character can have one Force power at Practitioner level, but will have only 1 Lightsaber Form.


Knight (Jedi and Sith):

To become a Knight your character as to be at least 18 years old or have 7 years of uninterrupted training. Exceptions can happen but need permission from both the Faction Leaders and the Administrators.

As for Force Powers, the above list is the standard for the Guardian Class, Sentinel Class can have 1 extra power and Consular can have 2 extra powers.


Master /Sith Lord:

A master has to have a minimum of 20 years of experience, of training and live devoted to the Force. To master your first Force Power takes a character a minimum of 15 years to accomplish it. After it, all other powers need additional 10 years to master.

There is a exception to this rule , since we find ageless beings in this rank. For every 100 years a character has of Force Training may upgrade a power to master level. 6 Force powers at master level is the Top Maximum allowed to Guardian, 7 to Sentinel and 9 to Consular.

Also a 900 or above year old character may have a maximum force powers in each rank:

Guardian: 6 in each rank
Sentinel: 7 in each rank
Consular: 9 in each rank
