I like watch the Olympic Game ,I think the athletes is the best ,I want to recorder them when the scene is appearance which I like it, I tried camstudio but it makes my computer lag a lot so that is off. Here have some screen capture software, which one is well？

Have you tried Debut Video Capture software ? There is a post about it here http://z15.invisionfree.com/SL_Offworld_Fo...p?showtopic=101 in the machinima section of the forum. I posted a demo video and some instructions. It didn't seem too laggy for me.
