In most cards an Ace is Low

Then put in the factor of how the cards are positioned

Use the I=9 Riddle method

words will then be created I promise.

I've run out of ideas. I've done what people have indicated and all I have are a bunch of letters that mean nothing. I don't understand the 'position' of the cards and what that has to do with it. Help please as I have been stuck for two days on this one. And everyone seems to get this with not much help!!!!
Thanks for any nudge.

Two cards that are next to each other is one number. Spaces in between means its two separate numbers.

I understand the numbering....I think....but still have things that don't make words. Do I read straight across for the words? Brain death on this one.

Yes, read left to right. Each line is one word.
