i must be looking to hard but i do not know how to solve this riddle .... i relised that they are all men but i dont know if thats got anything to do with it but i donot understand it can somebody give me an obvious hint plz because i been trying to solve this for ages now!!!

The term "precedent" should give you a pretty big clue on what you're trying to deal with..
