I know all the flags, but don't know the answer.

Hmmm... Thought I had this.

Figured out the countries of the flags, and the missing country. But the missing country does not seem to be the answer. Since it's a history riddle, I tried various things from the country's history, but nothing is clicking...

Any help/hint?

EDIT: Nevermind -- got it... Had the wrong country
