I have tried everything i can think of for puzzle number 3 and read all the hints but i still can't figure it out!!! <_< i have tried looking for anagrams and everything, but i am not good at anagrams at all. i was wondering if there is any hint or anything that can help...?

and also [EDIT]
but it says wrong
am i on the wrong track

please help me
give me hints
not answers
