i'm so confused. What does that mean they are used at sea? I cannot seem to find something that tells me what the flag signs mean. Any helppp??
EDIT// Okay so I found out what each of the signs means.. but when I put it together it doesn't work. I also tried anagraming it and I came up with nothing.

The fifth sign is a little bit incorrect. I'm guessing that's a mistake. Still solvable once you get the rest though.

That's weird.
I looked at several sites. One site has a different "sign" for that 5th one, but the other 4 sites show the same one that's shown in the riddle.
*shrugs* Majority rules I guess.
