I tried googling the number, it gets no matches. I also notice capital letters in places that are usually significant in riddles.

Um, well I'm an idiot twice over in that riddle....
I thought maybe the capital T after the comma was on purpose, but I guess not, and I am just bad at googling I guess, I have no idea what I did wrong.....
