Help?! I spotted the unusual part, but none of the obvious answers are working...

Nevermind, found the source hint. Still not sure how that follows from the original clue, but oh well.

Eh? Anyone around to help? I found the unusual part too, and the source, but it doesn't make sense. I know they're both tongue twisters, but what now????

I seriously have no clue as to how to think this one out. I've seen the abnormality, the hint, and the "use numeric form" hint did not help. Can I at least get a direction?

Numeric form means just the number, not spelling it out.
