Frey wasn't with us all to long, so all he did was grace us with one Sword Arts technique...Blade Flash. What other techniques do you think you could see him using? Obviously, I do think it should involve a sword somehow (otherwise it would be called Lasso Arts...)
(If Frey showed another technique, then it slipped by me). Blade Flash - Fast, hard single strike which glimmers with light, capable of cutting a giant centiped in half. A possible idea: (This one isn't very magical, etc...that is for later) Joyous Sister Enjoins I apologize if the name is rather silly  . Anyways, it is obvious Frey doesn't use a shield, but I can almost envision him using his blade's scabbard in tandem with his blade (the Joyous Sister of the name). This could be used to parry a blow, while his regular sword to attack...or even just using the scabbard in a situation in which the drawing of blood isn't desired. |

Dangit, all the cool things I can think of aren't meant for that thick of a sword.
Then again most of what I'm thinking of is mostly just aiming at specific organs. |

More than one blade striking? Yep...maybe a flash of light bearing down on the sword, flashes, and suddenly a foe finds several swords coming down upon them.
And disconcerting to a foe to lose their weapon...
This one, I'm unfamiliar with... |
