I can't help but feel Bennu has some kind of rebirth ability that makes winning this fight impossible unless you cheat. I wonder if there's actually chance of loosing because we do something stupid.

Pretty close. That's one Egyptian mythical character I wasn't familiar with ( but to my defense, it doesn't appear in either Stargate or Age of Mythology, which were my main sources in Egyptology ).
What are the chances we'll get some other mythical creatures in AE in the future? Like a Sphinx, or (even better) a Kraken? Heck, even a Troll (the Norse kind, not the less elusive cyberspace kind)...

...I just realized why it says 'TRY to summon Aurgelmir.' Well, one potential reason, anyhow.

She hasn't rested in a while. She's summoned several times today. The last time she summoned Aurgelmir for combat it exhausted her (using most of her 'MP'). She probably doesn't have enough MP to do it right now.

He also might not choose to attack since Allete's life is not threatened.

...Hopefully a failed cast doesn't count as an attack.

You may also notice that The Reaper of Souls ancient spirit from CRB is called Seker, which is another egyptian deity.

Bear in mind that I'm mostly just using names and perhaps a general notion of what these gods are. I like the idea of using mythological figures in my writing, but I try not to go too far with it.
