Description: This course expands upon knowledge gained in the beginner course (TRAN102). Students will delve deeper into different spells and the uses of each. Students will also learn to deal with the various dangers associated with each spell, such as incomplete transfiguration. Small animate objects such as mice will be introduced. Topics covered will include beginning conjuration and cross-species transfiguration on small rodents. The subject of Animagi will be expanded upon. Theory/Practice Format.

Advanced Transfiguration –
Course Name: TRAN104
Description: This course reviews and expands upon the spells taught in previous courses. Students will gain a great amount of hands-on experience with the spells. Students will be expected to perfrom a number of upper level spells, including conjuration. Theory/Practice Format.

Comprehensive Transfiguration –
Course Name: TRAN105
Description: This course will offer students an intense review and expansion of the knowledge obtained in the previous transfigurations courses in preparation for the O.W.L. exams. Students will write a number of essays on transfiguration theory. Theory/Practice. All students enrolled in this course must take the O.W.L. Exam.

Course Name: TRAN207
Description: This course is specifically for students who either wish to develop their skills to become an Animagus or master human transfiguration. Students will first master human transfiguration and if they wish will then move on to their Animagus practice. Students will be asked to register with the Ministry of Magic should they succeed. Theory/Practice Format. All students enrolled in this course must take the N.E.W.T.

The Art of Apparating –
