What is role-playing?

Role-playing is a community-based event in which a group of people creates a story. Each person in the group has a character or multiple characters that they use to tell the story. With their various characters, the players take turns writing in order to create a flowing story.


How do I role-play?

Role-playing can be hard at first, but with time and practice, it can become a lot of fun. In order to role-play you must first have a character. You can either claim one of your favorites from the books, or you can create your own. Once you have done this, you must find a location that you want to role-play in. It will be the setting of your thread (a long string of posts). You can find numerous locations under the "Role-Play Boards" section of the home page and forums. Once you have selected a place, you can post in it by starting a "New Topic". Once you are finished with your post you can click the "Post New Topic" Button. Now others can view your post!
