Monday, Michael Jackson was admitted to hospital in a coma-like state, according to several news sources.
Tonight, he finally passed away from cardiac arrest, age 50. I'm saying the same thing on all the forums I frequent that are talking about this: He had a metric hecktonne of issues, but in the end he'll be remembered for his great contributions to music that will outlast him for decades to come. |

It's been a very statistically-improbable couple of weeks really.
There are over 6 billion human beings on the planet. The number of "famous" people only a few hundred at best. And in the past couple weeks, we've had half a dozen plus of them die. Statistically, the's unlikely to occur. |
