Equality Office Building
Located just outside of Juno, the main office for all activity relating to the Advantaged Citizens. Registration as well as permits for use can be found here, and the court rooms in the back attest to the seriousness of the treaty being broken. The institution has a relaxation center, a cafeteria, all the things you would expect in a hospital crawling with good intentions.

Jefferson's Academy
A training facility for those advantaged citizens working for the government. It is a mix of a school, a nursery, and a army recruitment center, with magic users constantly being plucked out of society at any age to serve their country.

The Institution
When things go wrong and Advantaged Citizens break the laws, they need to be confined and rehabilitated to properly behave in society. Think of a mental institution in the forties, clean and proper looking on the outside, at least. Doctors, scientist and government employees magicians roam the ground to keep those who break the treaty in check.
