but violence is part of life, hell, violence makes everything funny. Kid getting kicked in the nuts, hilarious. Fat person falling down the stairs, AWESOME. Point is, Violence is just plain funny.

better comment than LD's - violence will stop when we stop lying, cheating, and pretty much hating. but without hate, there would be no love, as there would be no opposite for it. Similarly, we cannot be happy without there being anger in the world. everything needs something different to compare it against, or else it won't have it's own word and cease to really even exist. we need violence to have kindness in the world by that retrospect.

*sigh* I don't like violence in real life... But I love it in television and movies. I don't know if that's hypocritical of me or not.
But, I mean, let's face it. Humans by nature are greedy, aggressive, treacherous, and fiercely proud. Having said that, violence will always exist. All we can hope for is that love and kindness balances it all out. |

im only against violence to a certian degree.
i'm against wars (pointless waste of time, and no point is really stressed from EITHER side), but those simple street fights i can live with. |
