Hey guys, I thought it would be a shame just to toss or old adds and affiliate buttons since people put a lot of work into them. Some sites just post the new ones under the old ones, but to keep order, I'll just add them all here.
It's 1540, Henry VIII has married his fourth wife, Anne of Cleves. Being dissatisfied with the match, he quickly moves to have the marriage annulled. The blame and responsibility for the match, falls to the Lord Privy Seal, Thomas Cromwell who is put in charge of getting the King his annulment. Already it seems the King has found interest in another young woman at court, many young women in fact. All appeal to Henry except his German wife.
As if Henry's marriage problems were not enough, he is also dealing with the growing dissent among the Catholics in his realm. To take care of two problems at once, Henry forms a plan to be put into action after the finalization of the annulment. The plan is simple, marry his daughter Mary to Lord Cromwell thus he thinks he will punish Cromwell, and force Mary into a situation where she will have no choice but to convert to Protestantism. Will Henry's master plan work to eradicate the Catholic and Protestant divide? Will he get his annulment? How will the Princess and the Lord Privy Seal fare in their marriage? Can history be changed and lives spared or will it all end in carnage? Join us to find out!Home :: Canons :: Face Claim :: Auditions :: Rules :: Advertising

It's May of 1540, Henry VIII's annulment of his fourth marriage is only a few weeks away. Of course, the King has been on the prowl for a new wife for a while now, and he can have anyone he wants. If only life were actually so simple. The King has dealt with his marriage issues, but problems remain. Soon the issue of alliance with France or the Holy Roman Empire will become a necessity. For Henry, it's like being stuck between a rock and a hard place. Charles V is not happy, and Francis I is ambitious as ever, either would be an unsteady ally. However, the King's attention as of late has been centred around the issues at home in England. The growing dissent among the Catholics in his realm has become a problem, and the radical Protestants who think the Reformation has not gone far enough are only adding fuel to the fire.
The King's master plan to combat religious strife? Marry the most devout Catholic in England, his own daughter Mary, to a Protestant in the public eye, his Lord Privy Seal, Thomas Cromwell. For the King, it's like taking care of two birds with one stone. He thinks his plan will eradicate the Catholic and Protestant divide, and punish Cromwell for his part in the Cleves marriage fiasco. As the Royal Wedding is fast approaching there is much to be done, and for some, it amounts to plotting to stop the marriage.
King Henry VIII cordially invites you to come join the intrigue and scandal that keeps his court so lively. Remember not to plot against the King though, or you may find yourself a head shorter.
