Lynx and Amber are now going to live seperately, tried bonding them again last night and it didnt go very well, ended with Amber having to go to the vets to have staples because they had a fight. Bought a new larger hutch for Amber today and will sell the one she is currently in, naughty bunnies sad.gif

One of many attempts to stop her chewing the staples...none of which worked!! I now have buster collar to try later, will get pic if she tolerates long enough!

They were together for all of 2 minutes - I was on the end of the webcam sad.gif Wasn't a fight - Lynx grabbed Amber's neck, he was so quick, the sly ickle bunny.

Thats a better way of explaining it lol i couldnt think of a way to describe it. Amber has a new hutch now so when she goes back outside after staples removed she has a lovely new home smile.gif

Amber had her 1 remaining staple removed tonight, she somehow 'lost' one last week and then today had 2 this morning and 1 left this evening so i decided to take her to work to get the remaining one removed as it wasnt doing anything! Her wound is looking good so fingers crossed she will leave it alone to heal 100% smile.gif

I'm so sorry things didn't work out Kim. Do you think you will ever try them again?

It's odd how some buns just won't get along. I've had such an easy time with mine, I just threw (not literally) my trio in together and they were fine. Same with Fifi and Frosty. When Florrie went to live with her husbun we introduced them to each other in my living room and all's been fine since.

Glad Amber is on the mend though, thumbsup.gif her wound did look nasty.

No i dont think i will bond them again, they seem happy enough just being able to see each other, we have split the big run in 2...well put a divider across the middle, they can see and smell each other and they seemed more than happy in it. Will post pics soon smile.gif
