where it doesn't belong. She's gullible, easy to manipulate
and fuck with in general. Maggie doesn't like everyone
either and is really bothered by bullies. If she's really
bother, Maggie can snap at people and call them on
their attitudes.

Hwayoung as a confidant, maybe as a bond-over-girly-things kind of friend? I could definitely see her filling those rolls where Maggie is concerned. I don't think a friendly rival idea would work out between the both of them; there's nothing to 'rival' over! XD

Cillian, I could see either as a flirt line going into a big brother role, if you're interested. (: I think it'd be fun, even though she's older than him by two years. I can see them bond in that way. xD

I'm not sure where would you put Ranna in. Maybe just general friends or just a drive by conversation or two. I'll try to formulate something and let you know once I thought of it.

For Michael, 'I try to help you with my power'? Maybe an encounter could make Maggie a medium for his mom?

How about I put Ranna into acquaintances for now and see how it develops between them? I think that would suit for drive by conversations and if they do develop a friendship then I can move Ranna later.

For Michael, if you want Maggie to see his mother, I'd be up for it. So far with Maggie I've been running with the theme that the ghosts she sees have been sticking around for a reason. Like too afraid to move on, unfinished business, etc. Would you like to continue on that train of thought with Michael's mom having a specific reason for staying around or a message to pass on to him?

For Ranna, that would be perfect! I'm pretty sure Maggie and her would have things in common to talk about.

As for Michael, of course... that would do! I'll PM you later of the details with their meeting.

I'm caught between 'wanna hang out' or Maggie's power freaking Lily out (given that Lily knows nothing of her family except that her mother died shortly after she was born and it would just be creepy if that dead mother was following her around all those years, haha) if you're up for either or anything else...

I'll put Lily for hanging out/general friends and we'll see where it goes? Maggie does have few characters she's already doing the dead parent's line for at the moment so I don't think she could handle one more until they clued up.

Your friend lines are pretty full but since there are multiple openings, I think Winifred could fit in if you wanted her. She and Maggie are both cheerful, friendly, geeky types so I think they could be friends, either already established or meet in game.

Or they could also be enemies if you prefer. Maggie could get on Winifred's bad side, possibly at Winifred's waitress job? I'm thinking Maggie could accidentally knock into Winifred, food goes flying and words are had? Or they both run into each other while drunk and piss each other with stupid drunk talk?

I saw in the above comment that Maggie has a number of dead parents to deal with so I don't know if this would interest you but if Winifred ever learned Maggie could see the dead she would pester Maggie about her parents. I was thinking though, what if Maggie couldn't see them? Like maybe they had already moved on if that makes sense or would work with people.

If there are dead people Maggie can't see I mean. The reason I think it would be interesting to have Maggie not see Winifred's parents because that would be a different. Instead of the ghosts bothering Maggie to speak to the living, it would be the living bothering Maggie to speak to the dead.

If you don't think either of these would mesh with Maggie, I understand and won't be offended if you say no.

How would you feel about a combination of these ideas? Because I think all of them could work together. We could either:

A ) Have them be friends who occasionally get on each other's nerves and then have Winifred learn about Maggie's power to do the 'want to help but can't'.

B ) Have them start off as enemies first and then have Winifred find out about Maggie's power. While Winifred pesters Maggie and Maggie tries to help, they get over their differences and become friends?

C ) They start off as friends, Winifred learns about the power but Maggie can't help which leads to them fighting and falling apart? Then if we wanted, we could work on repairing the friendship?

Or if you'd rather do something else, I'm open to ideas.

Since I have been whoring pushing Winifred as an annoying enemy for a lot of people, I would like to have her have some friends too. Yet, C really interest me because IC drama is bread and butter for great lines and I think having them be friends, fall apart and then try to rebuild their friendship could be really fun to play out. So start with friends, go towards enemies and see how it works out? Oh and I'll add Maggie to Win's plotter.

NEILxMAGGIE

There could be something here. Neil loves to wander around so getting him to see other people isn't too difficult. A conversation or two could cause them to hit it off? Assuming she doesn't like someone as pushy as him. Your mentioning of an investigation thing could be very interesting. Neil would accept Maggie and her power without much of a reason, but something like that would make him love her in an instant. He's naturally pretty irritating, but would go out of his way for her if things went well.

LOL, Maggie has no problem with pushy people. If anything, she seems to attract them and I think she'd like Neil. She's a high tolerance for people and the only that really gets under skin are bullies, which I don't think Neil falls into. It would be refreshing to have someone believe and like her power because most usually think she's nuts and/or are creeped out. I'd love to have them meet and since I'm a little late replying, I'll be PMing you and maybe we can work something out.
