Cristy was on the move! She had been waiting for this moment for a long time, although she never really had the courage to leave the house, they needed help and she didn’t want to leave them. After pondering about leaving home, Cristy finally decided that if they needed help she could always come back.

Cristy entered route 1 with high hopes and with her two new friends, Flo and Bibi. Bibi was taking a ride on Flo’s back, who really didn’t mind having that little tree on her back. Bibi was a bit relaxed at everything, she didn’t need to walk! What else did she want?!

Cristy made her way into the route, surrounded by trees and other plants she had no idea that existed.

As they walked, Flo's ears pricked up. She'd heard something. Bibi didn't care what she'd heard. She was busy relaxing. As they came nearer to the noise, Flo decided to alert her trainer. "Grow, grow!" she said. Flo went a little ahead of Cristy, investigating the noise. When she found out what it was, she signaled her trainer. It was a Wurmple that was noisily munching on some dead leaves. It stopped and looked up at the intruders blankly, then resumed eating, all the while keeping watch over them.

Level 3

Cristy looked at the pokémon, it was a bit disgusting. Not that she didn't like worms; she does she just didn't like the last state! The butterfly!! The horrible creature it was, it made Cristy dizzy just to think of it! She would be running away from her own pokémon if she ever got a butterfly type pokémon.

Cristy picked Bibi and turned to Flo ”Use bite!” she said as Flo followed her orders without questioning.

Flo went up to the little Wurmple who didn't make much move to get away, not that it could anyway, since Flo was much faster than it. Flo used bite on the Wurmple. As Flo was biting on the Wurmple, the Wurmple used its stinger to sting the inside of Flo's mouth! Flo let go of the Wurmple and shook her head to clear the sting.

Cristy looked at Flo and ran up to her pokémon, although it didn't last long! Flo looked at the little worm mad and was ready for another command from her trainer.

Cristy looked at Flo "Use Growl and then Bite again!" Flo said, but then gave a further instruction "After the bite let go immediately!" she finished as she out Bibi down.

Flo nodded and growled at the little Wurmple, decreasing its attack. This also startled the Wurmple a bit so Flo had plenty of time to quickly bite it. However, after this bite, the Wurmple could take no more and fainted. It wasn't a very strong Pokemon to begin with and Flo was much stronger.

Flo gained 1 exp point and would need 3 exp points to level up.

Cristy walked up to Flo ”Good girl Flo!”Cristy said as she looked at Bibi who was happy that her friend was alright. Bibi climbed again to Flo’s back! Bibi was indeed a lazy Pokémon, but Cristy understood her! It was hard to keep up with Cristy and Flo with such tiny legs.

Cristy began walking again after patting Flo, they followed, Flo walking and Bibi enjoying her day in the sun.

As Cristy and her Pokemon walked on, they came up to what looked to be a berry tree, however, there was only one berry left on it! The lone Oran Berry looked ripe for the picking. It would be useful to Cristy, as it healed 10 HP of whichever Pokemon ate it.

Cristy spotted a berry! Well it was Bibi who was paying attention to road and called out for Cristy who took the berry and put it inside her bag, carefully not to turn that berry into berry juice.

Cristy began walking again! Now Flo was in front of her with Bibi, who seemed a navigator on top of Flo’s back. Flo was getting a little irritated at Bibi, who kept walking back and forth on her back, although Cristy picked Bibi up and carried it for a while before placing her on Flo’s back again.

As they kept walking, their next challenger arrived. It was some sort of bird Pokemon and it took an interest in Bibi. It landed next to Bibi on Flo's back and began pecking the little rock tree Pokemon. This didn't hurt Bibi overly much since it WAS a rock type and had good defense. Still, it was very irritating to Bibi.

Level 3

Bibi began to make a crying sound when the bird pecked her, Flo wasn't too happy to have another laze traveler and used Bite on the bird like pokémon.

Meanwhile Cristy noticed what was going on and picked Bibi "Use Bite Flo!!" Cristy ordered Flo who followed her instruction, she wasn't happy either to have a pokémon pecking her friend.

The first time Flo used Bite on the little Hoothoot, it flew off of Flo's back and went to peck Flo on the head, until Flo used Bite again. Now the angry, hurt and scared Hoothoot flew up and used Tackle on Flo. The little bird Pokemon only wanted to play and now it was very angry with Flo for being mean to it.

Flo looked at the little bird, and was getting angry! The little bird had hurt her friend and Flo wasn't going to sit back and watch.

Cristy turned to the bird pokemon "Flo bounce around and then bite the little bird" Cristy said to Flo who followed orders.

Flo nodded, though it didn't know what Cristy meant by "bounce" exactly. Still, it took the most literal meaning that it could and literally started bouncing around and then went to bite the Hoothoot. The Hoothoot, confused as to why Flo was bouncing around, didn't dodge in time to avoid the bite attack.

The angry Hoothoot used a Leer on Flo to lower her defenses and then struggled to fly up once more.

Cristy looked at the Hoothoot and at Flo, unsure of what to order, although after a few seconds Cristy had an idea. "Flo wait for a physical attack, once it gets closer enough use bite as it get closer!" Cristy ordered Flo who wasn't happy to be attacked.

Not happy, but unable to go against a direct order, Flo did exactly as Cristy wanted! She waited for an attack and as soon as that Hoothoot attack she will bite him.
