There are only a three large human cities and towns in the quiet sea region; all others have mostly been destroyed by pokemorphs.

The largest city is in the north, called the Rebel City. Many humans live these, but also a few pokemorphs. The Rebel Radio also broadcasts from there, bringing news about the war to a large area of the region. The town is often under attack by weapon-morphs, but because of its strong walls and skilled fighters, it hasn't been destroyed yet. The population is approximately 15000 humans, 2000 pokemon and 500 pokemorphs.

Near the sea in the south is Seaside Town. Perhaps not the most creative name there is, but there are many scientists in the town. Even though many say it's impossible to cure, the scientists are looking for a way to cure Pokérus. Population is approximately 7500 humans, 1000 pokemon and 50 pokemorphs.

In the center of the region, in a valley behind the mountains, is Quiet Town. Because it is hard to get across the cold mountains, the people of Quiet Town live a relatively peaceful life. Not much is also known about it, other than that it is there. An old man once came to the gates of Rebel City, tired, starving and dehydrated. He told about the paradise behind the mountains, but died shortly after. Population unknown.
