The Pokemon Eternity moveset system is different from the one in the normal Pokemon Games. You are no longer limited to four moves for each Pokemon. Instead, these are the moves your Pokemon knows -

- All D/P level-up moves
- All TM moves
- All Egg moves

So really, the only known moves your Pokemon can't use is HM moves, which you recieve from Pokemon Masters around the regions. This you will teach one of your Pokemon, and after that it cannot be taken off and exchanged.
