Cascade Beach is one of the three starting towns in Aruma. Cascade Beach is located on the shore near the port. Cascade Beach is a small but beautiful town. Since it lies on the water, most of the trainers are water trainers. During the day the market is buzzing with people as they scurry from stall to stall. There is a Pokemon Dojo which many go to, to train with their pokemon. There is also one of the few Contest Halls in Aruma. Since Cascade Beach is on a beach, the contests are held on the beach and has a wide open space. Since Aruma is recently new, Cascade Beach has no Pokemon Center. But there are scattered breeders everywhere that will help heal any injuries that need help.

Highwood Jungle is the second of the three starting towns. Highwood Jungle is located somewhat on a hill leading up to Spiral Pillar. But its still located in the forest. This town, from the right view point, has a spectacular view. Highwood consists of grass and rock, ground, steel types wandering around. Many trainers come here for training because the terrian is perfect for speed and strength training. Highwood has a hot humid climate in the summer and a dry cold winter. There is no gym here but there is a Pokemon Center.

Frosthill is the final of the three starter towns. This one is the most difficult to get to the port. Only because the track there has a deadly path. Ice storms happen everyday. People here have adapted to withstand the harshest of environments. But with the snow storms come the relaxation of the hot springs behind the Pokemon Center. This place has a Temple, a Pokemon Center, and a Therapy House.

\You can sign up to make an official team and even join a Guild in this large town. It's in a valley surrounded by Dungeons so watch out. In the middle of town in a pond rests the 5 Wise Men, pay them a visit.
