OK So I decided to make this thread for people to post ideas for sprite comics.
So can get some Comments and Criticism on their ideas before being made into a comic. Or maybe people have ideas for a comic series but no time or patience to actually make it.
Hell maybe just by reading ideas you can get inspired and make your own for other to get inspired who knows.

Well allow me to start it off with one I thought of for "Scythe the Reaper"

Ballad of the Reaper.

Main character:
Name: Scythe the Reaper.
Age: 2620 years old.
Job: Grim Reaper for universe number 261-F4
Has had job for almost 2000 years.
Scythe is one of the few ‘Anthro Reapers.’

Bio: Scythe is a Grim Reaper, his job it to reap the souls of the dead, and take them to heaven or hell, however souls can challenge him to combat, should they win he cannot reap their souls, as stated in the “Big book-O-death” however he can still harm or hinder the souls if he so chooses.
Scythe’s record on reaped souls is near perfect, with only a hand full of souls who actually beat him in combat, but in less then 10 years begged to be reaped.

Because of this Scythe was promoted and sent to a “challenging universe” to test his skills.
The last Reaper in the universe apparently died.
Despite knowing this Scythe agrees, and heads off to Universe: 261-F4
From there, he notices that the last reaper was foolish and left many souls behind, and didn’t even bind most.
Shortly after his inspection he meets Sonic when the hedgehog dies in Green Hill Zone
He goes to reap his soul, when he checks his list he notices that “Sonic” doesn’t have a “Date of Death”
Instead it simply says “3” confused he shrugs and slices through the confused hedgehog with his scythe, however after glowing the hedgehog’s flesh returns to him.
Scythe stands confused, and re-checks the paper, it is then he notices that the number has decreased to “2”
Scythe sighs and decides to call for help, he learns that in this world, certain individuals can die of unnatural causes and simply be revived instead of reaped, this can only happen a number of times though, and that under certain conditions the individuals may be given more chances to live.
Scythe groans and has no choice but to “do his job”

“Big Book-O-Death”

The big book-O-death, is the Grim Reaper’s manual, it lists the rules that must be followed or else the Reaper is doomed to Purgatory.
Among these rules are:
1.) A Soul can Challenge a Reaper to a combat. A Reaper must offer this to all souls.
Sub 1.) Should the Reaper be Defeated the soul cannot be Reaped by that Reaper.
Sub-Sub 1.) A Reaper can interact with the soul even if he has lost in combat, a Reaper may harm the soul but not destroy it or reap it.
2.) A Reaper must not destroy a soul.
3.) A Reaper cannot kill a living creature.
Sub 1.) if the creature or person is near death with fatal wounds a Reaper may take it’s life.
4.) A reaper must check his list of souls to see when a soul is meant to be reaped, this is known as their “Date of Death”
Sub 1.) Should a Soul die before it’s Date of Death the Reaper must place it’s soul back into it’s body.

Scythe has noticed some loop holes in the rules and will sometimes exploit them if he feels it’s necessary.
1.) You can offer it in anyway you like, even intimidating the soul to think you’re an undefeatable god.
Sub 1.) A reaper can give his/her powers to another soul, and they can fight the soul.
2.) If a reaper’s and another soul’s existence/life is threatened a Reaper may destroy a soul.
3.) Again unless the reapers or another soul’s life/existence is threatened.
Sub 1.) Also if the creature or person requests to die, a Reaper may take it’s life.
4.) This is a rule that has no flaws... or none he can see.
Sub 1.) A soul may be kept in limbo until the reaper sees fit to replace it.

Ideas for Enemies:
Lost Souls: Souls that the last reaper lost to or didn’t bother to reap.
Reox [Ruh-ee-ah-kus] (????)
Reox is as much of a mastermind, as he is an enigma; he seems to know everything about every soul on the planet.
He carries no emotion at all, only the illusion of it.
Most other lost souls look up to him as their leader, he even gives them new names. Which is an anagram of their original names with an “X” in it.
He is openly concerned of the new Reaper as he knows nothing about him.

Xrdef [Zuh-er-di-ef] (Fred)
One of the souls the last Grim Reaper didn’t reap, being a ghost he believed he was still alive but grew mad when he was unable to interact with the human world.
Upon discovering he was dead he tried to merge back and posses his human body, he succeeded, however it came at a price; He lost many of his memories and his feelings dulled. The only emotion he carries is sadness.
