Constructed in 2523, Utopia stands as humanity's greatest achievement. Located on the continent known as 'Europe', it is the last city, with a population of 7 million. The geographical area, 630km�, is divided in two, with one half for 'Normals' and the other for Perfects. It is governed by a democratically-elected Mayor, with only the Perfects being qualified as 'citizens'. The Upperclass

The Streets Bright neon and elegant colors adorn the streets of the upperclass. The sidewalks are filled with many Perfects, walking elegantly from one destination to the next. A few Normals walk among them; their heavy collars show them to be slaves. Stores litter the streets, selling various things from guns to souls. Selfish The most famous restaurant in the entire Upperclass area. Anyone who's anyone is seen often lounging in the comfortable seats in the restaurant, often seen sipping a delicate wine or simply talking business.	0	0	-- In: ---- By:
Aphrodite's Cove An elegant bar where most Perfects come to rest and socialize in elegant divan's with all alcoholic drinks that you could think of. The soft lights and music helps establish the mood needed.	0	0	-- In: ---- By:
The Grand Casino Where nearly every Perfect come to gamble away. Of course, what they gamble is up to them. Their souls, slaves, money, jewels... It's up to them. Along with a hotel, an underground auction is held where Normal slaves are sold to the highest bidder. New batches of slaves come in often, under the mayors command.	0	14	-- In: ---- By:
The Labs Guarded by harsh concrete walls and thirty-feet walls of barbed wire, the labs is where the perfects are continued, and where most get their fix for perfection. Normals are often taken for scientific experiments to see just how far human DNA will go. Screams are heard if you get too close.	1	6	-- In: ---- By:
The Neighbourhoods A group of mansions, housing all the Perfects in gorgeous accomodations. This group of mansions stretches out for miles upon miles.	0	0	-- In: ---- By:
Finishing School Where the children of the Perfects go to attend the classes that teach them the proper thinking of a Perfect. Some call it brainwashing, others think it's simply a way of life.	0	0	-- In: ---- By:
The House of Government Where the mayor, the source of all power and laws, lives and directs. A huge castle filled with defences beyond your imagination, guards at every corner, and of course the secret government that does the Mayors dirty work. The Line

It's a simple stretch of four meter-wide white paint slicked on the pavement, showing the border to the other side, whichever that may be. The Slums

Smith's A rough, dirty, bar that's absolutely wonderful to all those that know it. Most Normals go to hear all of the latest news, gossip, and possibly, join the latest gang. The dirty tables, dark corners, and cracked cups doesn't stop anyone from coming. The bartender, Smith, managed to keep the rusty bar open for far longer than anyone would care to think. Rumor has it that he was once a perfect.	0	0	-- In: ---- By:
The Park A craggy old thing with worn out swings and gang insignas everywhere. It's a place where everyone comes to play when the real action starts. It's been known to be a place where all the Normals would group up and talk of the latest action plan against the Perfects and their ways.	0	0	-- In: ---- By:
The Homes The dark homes placed seemingly at random throughout the slums, many of them have open doors to those that need a place to stay for the night or the year.	0	4	-- In: ---- By:
The Prison The old prison that is now used to put those that have become traitors or when Perfects wander too far into their territory. The dark cells hold only one bed and one toilet. It's not a very healthy place to be.	0	0	-- In: ---- By:
Montague Mall This old mall has transformed into a place for the homeless, for the random vendors that pass through, and for regrouping. The floors and walls have long since seen a janitor, and the fountain is dry and cracked, but people still wander through it aimlessly, looking for something they might not be sure of themselves.	0	5	-- In: ---- By:
Fighting Hall A big building that has been dedicated to the one sport that still thrives. Fighting. Bets are common, and so are deaths. Normals go there to make money, or lose it. But one thing's for sure; no Perfects allowed. Come at your own risk.	0	0	-- In: ---- By:
The Streets The streets around all the decapitated buildings in the slums. people can be seen sleeping on the cracked and broken sidewalks, and fires burning out of Barrels.	0	0	-- In: ---- By:

The Outskirts

Neutral Ground Neutral Ground is a place that you can go if you don't believe in fighting or in enslaving. It's right outside the city and very hard to get to, but if you're meant to find your way there, you will. It's like a mini city.	0	0	-- In: ---- By:
Food & Rest Not exactly known for its creativity, Food & Rest is a place where anyone can go to eat, sleep, and simply relax. There is no talk of dangers or politics, there are no fights or issues. Mostly. Food & Rest used to be a hotel, and now fufills the same purpose, only it accepts anyone with however amount of money they have.	0	0	-- In: ---- By:
Hospital The only hospital that still works and will accept anyone; Perfect or Normal. It works 24 hours a day, and with the new medicine, nearly anyone can escape deaths clutches. But they're not guarenteed no side-effects.	0	0	-- In: ---- By:
