Avatars: To do this go to My Controls at the top of the page and click the link there. This should take you to My Controls. On the left side of the page, somewhere down the middle, there should be a link saying avatar options, click on this and it will take you to another page. There you can use the base avatars pre-downloaded from the InvisionFree Pack. These will be automatically 64x64 pixels. Yet there is an option to download other avatars off other sites and upload avatars from your computer. These avatars must be .gif .jpeg .jpg .png files. Avatars will automatically be resized if bigger than 64x64 pixels if the board admin has made it automatic resize and it will have a maximum size. (ie. 100x100 pixels). Please try to keep your avatar suitable for all ages.



Photos: To do this go to My Controls at the top of the page and click the link there. This should take you to My Controls. On the left side of the page, somewhere down the middle, there should be a link under avatar options saying edit photo, click on this and it will take you to another page. From what I know, you can only upload photos, even though you have the option to download them from other websites. So far I have only found out that .jpeg and .jpg files only work. If you are on Windows, go to MS Paint, go to the file you want as avatar and save it as a .jpeg or .jpg file. Photos will be resized if bigger than 250x250 pixels and you are not allowed photos to be bigger than 100KB. Also the board admin may have disabled this utility for members. Please try to keep your photo suitable for all ages.

Signatures: To do this go to My Controls at the top of the page and click the link there. This should take you to My Controls. On the left side of the page, somewhere down the middle, there should be a link near avatar options saying edit signature, click on this and it will take you to another page. You may put HTML in your signatures as well as the tags, but you may not be allowed to if the board admin has disabled. Please also take in mind that moderators on the board will also be moderating your signature, avatar and photo as well as your posts.



Profile: To do this go to My Controls at the top of the page and click the link there. This should take you to My Controls. On the left side of the page, somewhere down the middle, there should be a link near avatar options saying edit profile, click on this and it will take you to another page. Here you can put where you live, your birthday, your homepage and your intrests. Also you can enter your Hotmail, Yahoo, ICQ or AOL account, so that other members of the board may contact you if you wish by these methods. Also realise that the board that you are using is using the XProfile hack made by MarkUp so there maybe more options available to you. Also keep in mind that you may not have the option to give yourself a member title.
