1. Be Polite. Never flame others or try to spark flame wars. Everyone has a right in this forum. If you have a question, ask a mod or admin in a respectful manner. Avoid as much quarels as possible.

2. This is a Tagalog-English-Visayan Forum. Everyone may speak tagalog, visayan(cebuanno) and english in this forum. Sending a warning because someone spoke visayan is not a need here.

3. Keep it PG 13. While most of us understands what is good and bad, we don't actually think if what we are doing is good or bad. Keep the innocense in this forum.

4. Don't Spam. Unless if you are in the Spam Forum, of course. Other than the Spam Forum you are allowed nowhere else to spam.

5. Newbies are NOT laughing stocks. Do not laugh at a newbie for not knowing this and that. Respect them. Because all of us went through that stage once.

6. Do not Use bad language. Usage of bad language in this forum will not be tolerated.

7. Foreign languages must be used to a minimum. Exessive use of foreign language is not good. Japanese will be fine in the Anime/Manga Forum and Visayan, Tagalog and English is fine everywhere. But speaking russian, chinese and others to the extent of a whole topic full of them is not good. Avoid making too many topics asking about language translations.

8. Upload Decent Pictures. Never upload porn images. I will not tolerate that and it might result to a ban.

9. Do not claim copyrighted images unless you OWN the copyright. It is not a good thing to do and it's not funny for the owner. You are disrespecting others with you do.

10. Stay on Topic. At all times this rule must be observed. Do not talk about flowers when you are in the topic about animals.

Violation of any of the rules will result to a warning.
Receiving a third warning will result to a ban.
Repetitive violation after coming back from being banned will result to a permanent ban.

The number of pips(the blue boxes) will increase by one with every title. Starting from 1 is to newbie until 12 is to Honored.

The SITE/FORUM COMMENTS/SUGGESTIONS FORUM is where you can ask questions regarding some problems, post comments when you feel uncomfortable or give suggestions on how we can improve. Some Frequently Asked Questions(FAQs) are stickied topics on the Site/Forum Comments/Suggestions Forum.You may visit there to see if ever your supposed question has already been answered.

The INTRODUCTIONS FORUM is where newbie introduce themselves so that the whole community will know you have come and warmly welcome you into the group. If ever you are leaving the Forums and not being active for let say, a month or two, then you are allowed to make a "Good Bye" thread. Starting "I"m Back" thread are fine if you came back from a long leave.

The SPAM FORUM is there for you to talk nonsense if ever bored or just plain want to post what you want. BVut even if you may get off topic there, you may NOT use bad language or any fould language at all.

THE CONTEST FORUM is an Admin/Mod-start-only FOrum. Which means, only Admins and Moderators can start a topic there. But, everyone is welcome tojoin and reply in the contests/quizes. Prizes differ from extra permissions to moderator promotions.
