CHARTER
- The Paragon City Protectors supergroup was founded by Grey
Hawk
in 2005 and was granted a mandate to fight crime in Paragon City and
surrounding municipalities by Rhode Island State using any method
within reason, and to engage in exploration and crimefighting in
Firebase Zulu and other territories by the U.S. Department of Defense.
- The Paragon City Protectors are honour bound to assist
crimefighting organisations and individuals. However, under the terms
of our mandate, we are not under the authority of any organisation or
individual beyond the normal duty and service expected of any citizen
or guest of the United States of America.
- Expatriate members of the Paragon City Protectors are
obliged to
abide by U.S. law whilst operating under the auspices of the supergroup.
- It is the duty of every member to act as an ambassador for
the
Paragon City Protectors and present a positive image of the supergroup.
- For members yet to reach Security level 25, it is
recommended
that they raise Prestige to aid with the maintenance and expansion of
our base. For members of any level, Prestige would be welcome but is
not compulsory.
Structure
- The Second Assembly comprises all members of the
Paragon City Protectors. The Second Assembly deliberates and debates
issues pertaining to the Paragon City Protectors determined by the
First Assembly.
- The First Assembly comprises members holding the ranks of
Sentinel, Watcher and Guardian, and is
presided over by the Sentinels. The First Assembly
discusses and, if necessary, votes on policy, rules, and other matters.
It is the responsibility of the Sentinels to
determine what issues are passed to the Second Assembly.
- The Executive comprises
members holding the rank
of Sentinel Quaestor. It is the responsibility of the Executive to implement
rules and policy.
- Discussions and
debates are to take place on the
Paragon City Protectors forum, unless the Executive declares another
medium.

Recruitment
- Sentinels are authorised to
recruit members to the Paragon City Protectors.
- The Executive can extend recruitment permission to include Guardians and Watchmen.
Disciplinary
Measures
- Members who have
contravened the Charter should be
reported to the Executive. The Executive will then deal with the matter
appropriately.
