Over the course of the day, we will be posting up little competitions, some sound files (which include the awards), and general information about the awards. Also, after the official awards have been announced, I will announce some unofficial awards. These will have been decided by me, and I may give out prizes at a later date.

This day also marks the start of our birthday month, so we can now officially say:

HAPPY BIRTHDAY PARADISE OF GAMERS!

So, I'll unveil the Birthday thread, where we will reveal special birthday month gamess, competitions, announcements, and just general chat about the forum's first year.

Hm... along with a worm virus, several weaker viruses, a wait for firefox to go unresponsive a few times, and also download a peice of software and a new toolbar for firefox and... there I am.

Oh, BTW, it also plays a lot of your media list before the awards. At least I got it though.

This one has extra stuff to watch out for, so listen the full way through!

You don't set your anti-virus to alert you of viruses do you? Most anti-virus checkers will just delete stuff without mentioning it by default.

I ended up with a folder full of minor viruses, about 20-30 of them, and one worm virus which could have been rather nasty. Plus, I had to download mega uploader and a firefox toolbar.

And yeah, I agree with posting the awards. Although the original method is a nice way, if me or NX are on the Wii, we can't listen to them. If you want a new highest member record, one of me and NX needs to use the Wii.

Sorry I wasn't so active last night. As you might have noticed I was just online, and was waiting for these awards. I surpassed my daily computer time quite early on in the day, so I wasn't able to stick around. I was trying to stay on for so long for the highest member count as well.
So again, sorry. Also, congratulations to Wyld_stallyon and others who will get their awards with Richy's announcements, you did great guys.
A very inventive method, Richy and DR, but methinks it was just an excuse to get us all to listen to Welcome to the Jungle and Smoke on Water. ;]

Also, YATTA!! *takes breath* LEAGUE OF SWORDS WON TOO!! I'm actually really happy about that, so I'm going to be giving out some random awards of my own in-thread. =] Stay tuned for that and expect to go up two or so levels.
