Description: S'van is quite handsome and he knows it. His skin has a natural tan. What used to be a wild tangle of cherubic curls has been grown to reach just to his shoulders and because of the lenght has gained a wavy quality, rather than a messy curly one. If he were to cut it short it would curl into a big mess once more. Better to keep it long than.

To compensate for the girly hair doo he has grown a short but well kempt beard, which he states makes him look more Dignified. His eyes are a little wide set and a bit narrowed, but there are lines around them that indicate he smiles a lot. He is quite generous with his smiles. Always wide, always showing perfect white teeth and always reaching his eyes. He practicly radiates warmth in his very appearance.

Description S'van can be described as a steady and cautious man. He likes to check things to be sure its safe, than check it 2 times more. Some might say he's overly cautious but fact remains that things always seem to go perfectly when he's in charge. He plans and thinks problems and situations to death, but eventualy gets it down and with a few back up plans if something were to go wrong.

He's also a very warm person. He doesn't judge people and is always ready to lend an ear or a helping hand. He doesn't like violence though and sometimes can be a little overly trusting which often leads to trouble.

That doesn't mean he can't hate people though, or get angry. He just has a firm grip on those emotions. But if you piss him off its likely he'll saddle you with a jack load of chores or won't speak to you for at least a week, depending on the person that pissed him off.

He's far from insecure about himself though. Not that he brags about himself or thinks himself oh so wonderful. He's simply content and confident with being him and has no need to pretend he's better or bigger than he is. He's simply S'van.

History:
Sylvan was born to family of beast crafters. They weren't exactly rich, and his mother had taken up weaving to earn some extra marks, but they were quite content in their little hold and the herdbeasts they bred. Sylvan had the luck to grown up with a loving father, a sweet mother and an adoring little sister that saw him as her great role model.

Sylvan grew up in a family where there was no room to be selfish and everyone had to pull their weight. As such the boy grew up living for others rather than himself. When he became 10 turns of age he wanted to become a healer, rather than a beastcrafter, much to the dismay of his father. But there was no helping it and S'van was allowed to go to the healer hall.

The boy proved to make an excellent healer, with steady hand and soothing voice. Unsurprisingly his sister joined him at the healer hall 5 years later. She wasn't quite as good at the craft. But she was stuborn and clung to her goal of making her brother proud. Though she didn't acquire journeyman status quite as quickly she still managed too.

Eventualy he was searched, almost at the end of a possible age of candidacy. It wouldn't mater much as he impressed at this first standing, to a handsome brown named perseth, who seemed to be everything he was not, yet oddly completed him.

With his cautious personality and the need to avoid risks he breezed through weyrlinghood unscatted and quickly climbed in rank as well. Now he has even made it to weyrling master and plans to hold that station for as long as he can.

Appearance:

Perseth is a low slung and long brown. The fact that his body is so long compared to his height makes it easy to overlook that he's only 4'3ft at the shoulder and therefore concidered on the small end of the size spectrum. He walks with a reptilian swagger and doesn't look very gracefull on the ground. His wingspan is bigger than average and his wing are long and thin, rather than short and broad like most dragons.

This small difference does give him an edge over the other browns. He's more agile and faster, but still holds the same stamina as other browns. He looks a lot more graceful in the air than on the ground. Such a shame that he uses that agility for breakneck stunts that scare the shells out of his rider.

Personality: Perseth is a dare devil through and through. There is no stunt to dangerous or risky for this dragon. He lives for the thrill and constantly seeks it. That doesn't mean he'll needlessly endanger others, but as long as its just his own neck he's risking he'll just go right ahead and be an adrenaline junky.

He has a very sharp wit about him though, intelligent and outspoken he tends to say things exactly as they are wihout sugar coating them. He isn't the most patient dragon, but he's eager and enthusiastic about just about everything.

Perseth is also a finicky dragon in terms of flights. He seems to have a taste for greens, especialy those of the violent sort. A glutton for punishment so to say. It seems anything bigger than a decent sized green is just of no interest to the brown.
Mindvoice: Perseth has a calm soothing voice that doesn't quite fit his personality, but its a very expressive voice, best compared to the sea. A soft brush of the tides, but it can switch to stormy and brash in a minute.
