twenty-fourth

Oh em gee. I'd like everyone to be participating in at least one thread by next Friday, please. It's not much to ask. We look so very dead, we're obviously not going to attract anyone who does linkjack. We still need territories!

Sirius' Teeth

It is common knowledge that Otherworld has no edges. It encompasses Earth- every Earth in every multiverse- in a sort of semi-transparent slide. However, Otherworld is constantly growing. At the beginning of time, Otherworld could be traversed in a day or two. Now it takes years. Philosophers and explorers have come up with one solution: there is an edge. Like a crown on Otherworld, the mountain chain of Sirius' Teeth has never been crossed. This leads to the belief that beyond Sirius' teeth is the only edge, the edge that is constantly expanding outwards. However, the side that has been walked upon is quite lovely. Sirius' Teeth is what every mountain should be. The tops are snow-covered, the sides are jagged and display rows of rooted trees, blocky paths of stone, and beautiful cascades. In some places it is almost tropical. While dangerous, Sirius' Teeth is a nice place to explore.

the Cairn

Located on the border between Acies de Infra and Aontaigh Síochán, the Carin acts as a deterrant to those wishing to reach Sirius' Teeth. The area is an unsettling one to say the least. It is peppered with huge, craggy granite megalithes set at odd angles between cruelly twisted trees, with unexpected gouges in the earth like wounds here and there. During the spring, water pools in the deep holes, forming inescapable mires that may trap dead canines for months on end. The rocks go by many names, such as the Tombs, and Sirius' Soldiers. Why were they placed here? Are they truly a warning to canines that wish to climb up the mountains?
