	Chit-Chat Yadda-yadda, blah-blah. Just about every wolf roleplay that has ever existed has had an OoC blabber section, and Otherworld can- of course- be no exception. It's exceptional in other ways, it needs to fit in somehow or the other RPs will tease it. So, we gave it an OoC chatter area, this one, so it wouldn't whine. So...
