twenty-fourth

Oh em gee. I'd like everyone to be participating in at least one thread by next Friday, please. It's not much to ask. We look so very dead, we're obviously not going to attract anyone who does linkjack. We still need territories!

Kantark
Long, long ago, before time was being traced and the world was settled into its youth, Otherworld was empty. The land was small, and Sirius was the only creature to see it and marvel at its glory. And then, on the Earth, the canines began to evolve. The first canines worshipped Sirius, knowing that he had created all, and in return he shared his home with them. It is said that the first wolf to die created Kantark, meaning first in the first language of the first wolves. Sirius was a wanderer, and left the pack to be guided by the wolf whose name no longer exists. And, as the canines evolved and were born and born again, Kantark changed hands many times and Otherworld grew. Wolves became gods, worshipped and remembered by their kind, until Sirius had to share his mountain home with them, and Kantark was no longer large enough for all wolves. However, it remains here, just north of A Pale Stand, half valley and half wood with the only river from the Mirrored Lake running through it. Kantark is still the first pack, created by the first wolf, and named in the first language, and it is revered for it.
