i. no members may register for the site unless they are over 13 (invisionfree rules, not ours)
ii. bearing this in mind, please limit the use of offensive language in your screenname, gallery or other topics
iii. abuse to any of our members - admin or regular members - will not be tolerated
iv. an admin will PM you regarding any offensive or intolerable behaviour
v. if you continue with your current line of behaviour, you will be suspended temporarily
vi. if you still persist, you will be permanently banned from the site
vii. usernames containing offensive language or phrases will be changed by an admin
viii. if you have a fair and justifiable problem with another member, please notify an administator and we will try and solve it
ix. please do not abuse the pm system or we will disable it for all users, regardless of the number of complaints
x. spamming is also not permitted. it's annoying and pointless and nobody really cares for it
xi. please do not spam the c-box, or advertise in it
xii. double-posting is permitted in your gallery, only when you have updated it. even then, the message must only consist of the date and what you have updated the gallery with
xiii. advertisements are only permitted in the advertisements gallery
xiv. links to other websites are not permitted in your signatures
xv. you may post a link to your galley in your signature, either through a picture or straightforward text
xvi. please do not post personal pictures on the site. this is a rule you will find on most boards, as it is for your own protection
xvii. when posting personal information in your gallery or profile, be as vague as possible about your location, etc [see above]
xviii. the graphics on this site are personal creations and our artists work very long and hard on them. please do not steal anything from this site
xviv. if you ask someone to critique your gallery or artwork, they will post constructive criticism. this is not meant personally, merely as a way for you to understand where you are going wrong and/or what you could do to improve your works
xx. be gracious and accept constructive criticism, even if you do not wholly agree with the suggestiongs given. we don't want any drama
xxi. the admins take an impartial, objective stance when judging galleries for promotion. we try not to be biased towards people we know and are always open to new styles and ideas. hence, we do not appreciate accusations of bias if you do not get promoted to the level you would like
xxii. demotion is just as easy to occur as promotion. bad behaviour or inactivity can lead to demotion. if you are demoted, the admin will let you know why
xxiii. as well as monthly promotions and demotions, we will also be conducting thorough quarterly (every three months) checks on all galleries to check for activity etc
xxiv. emails may be sent to members who we feel could make more of a contribution to the site (i.e. through tutorials, critiquing, etc)
xxv. all activities on-site are voluntary. do not feel obliged to do anything you are not comfortable or confident with
