Feel of the graphic: As far as mood goes i would prefer something along the mysterious/beautiful side rather then the pink/happy side.
Anything else:As for the style, I'm really not that picky. If I were you I'd have fun with the fact that she can control electricity...mwahaha...and also, if you can make her hair blue that would rock but if you don't I don't mind at all.
