3. Don't spam outside of Scribbles. Includes forum games.
4. An admin or mod's word is law. OBEY.
5. Keep it civil. Cursing is allowed, but not in excess.
6. Make sure people can understand you. Learn to spell people.
7. Your entire signature should be no taller than about 350 pixels.
