I've had a bit of problem writing poetically recently and I've found that trying out new "forms" of poetry has helped lots. Push yourself out of that comfort zone...Try all the different regulated forms of poetry out there...it makes you think about meter flow rhyme etc. I've written a few nonsense poems in form, but at least its writing!
