1835 - Samuel Colt forges a legendary revolver ('The Colt'), along with 13 special bullets, that can kill anything. He gives this revolver to a hunter who uses it a half-dozen times before disappearing - the gun along with him. Some time prior to 1862 - Samuel Colt builds 5 frontier churches and connects them with iron rail lines, forming a Devil's Trap a hundred miles across. This trap protects the old cowboy cemetery that houses the Devil's Gate in Wyoming. Some time between 1960 and 1973 - Hunter Daniel Elkins acquires The Colt. October, 1972 - The Yellow-eyed demon Azazel possesses a priest and kills eight nuns at St. Mary's Convent in Ilchester, Maryland. May 2, 1973 - Azazel murders Samuel and Deanna Campbell. Mid July, 2006 - Daniel Elkins is killed and The Colt is stolen from him by a group of vampires. The Winchesters hunt the vampires and take The Colt. Late July, 2006 - Pastor Jim Murphy is murdered in his church. Shortly afterward, Caleb, a weapons dealer for many hunters, is also murdered. August, 2006 - John Winchester dies. The Colt falls into Azazel's hands. November, 2006 - The town of River Grove, Oregon is suddenly abandoned by its residents except for one doctor who claims they were infected by a new type of virus. The report is dismissed by authorities. This is the first known sighting of the Croatoan Virus. Late January-Mid February, 2007 - Steve Wandell, a hunter and friend to many other hunters, is murdered in his home. May, 2007 - Sam Winchester is killed. Dean makes a crossroads deal to resurrect Sam. Jake Talley opens the Devil's Gate in Wyoming, unleashing an army of demons, but is killed by Sam. Dean Winchester kills Azazel with The Colt. November, 2007 - There is a minor surge in vampire activity when several new vampires are turned. Gordon Walker is on the case. The vampires get put down, and Gordon Walker gets killed. January, 2008 - Bela Talbot steals The Colt and gives it to the crossroads demon Crowley, Lilith's right hand. Early February, 2008 - Lilith incinerates over a dozen people at a jail in Monument, Colorado. FBI Agent Victor Henriksen is among the deceased. The blast is blamed on a gas leak. April, 2008 - Bela Talbot's deal is up and she is dragged to Hell. May 2, 2008 - Dean Winchester's deal is up and he is dragged to Hell. Some time between May and September, 2008 - Family man Jimmy Novak goes missing. In reality, he has become a vessel for the angel Castiel. September 18, 2008 - Though the angels laid siege to hell, the first of the 66 Seals is broken. Dean is dragged out of hell and brought back to life. September 21-23, 2008 - Hunters all across the country are killed by the ghosts of those they failed to save. This is the breaking of another seal: the Rising of the Witnesses. October 29-November 1, 2008 - A witch makes the blood sacrifices necessary to raise Samhain. Another seal is broken. May 14th, 2009 - Sam Winchester kills Lilith, breaking the final seal and freeing Lucifer. Dean kills Ruby. Lucifer's arrival on earth is accompanied by hurricanes, earthquakes, tornadoes and other natural disasters around the globe. Between May 27 and May 31, 2009 - The Horseman War strikes in Colorado. Some time between June and August, 2009 - The Archangel Raphael manifests, causing blackouts across the Eastern seaboard and destroying a gas station when he takes his vessel. Extreme weather and other disasters continue to rage all across the world. November, 2009 - Lucifer summons the Horseman Death in Carthage, Missouri. Ellen and Jo Harvelle are killed. February 14-17, 2010 - The Horseman Famine strikes an unknown town. Late February-Early March, 2010 - The dead rise in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, courtesy of Death. March, 2010 - The Whore of Babylon is killed in Blue Earth, Minnesota. Late March-Early April, 2010 - The Horseman Pestilence begins spreading sickness through at least four towns before ending up in Nevada. Late April-Early May, 2010 - The shipment of the Croatoan Virus is destroyed with explosives at the Niveus Pharmaceuticals plant. May, 2010 - A series of massive disasters strike worldwide - a 9.2 earthquake in Rome, an 8.5 in Boston, a chain of tsunamis - coinciding with Lucifer taking his true vessel. Shortly afterward, all disasters cease and all apocalyptic omens disappear. The apocalypse is averted and the devil is sealed back in his cage at the cost of Sam Winchester's life. WORK IN PROGRESS |
