The Hidden City of the People. It is a magnificent sight. In the middle of the city is a huge park, and in a colossal circle around it are the terraces, levels. Houses overlapping one another like stairs. Their roofs are concrete walls. And at the top, the houses meet, and there is one overlooking everything. The President's manor. Over a kilometre off the ground.

This is the only place in Southern Ireland that is not abandoned. Excluding the capital. It is the port for slave ships coming in from other countries. A brutal sight, the ships mainly trade in Mutants, and Streeties.
